Installing GlobalProtect VPN

  1. Go to:
  2. Log on with your Seneca username and password.
    • Duo Request is required
      • If you are using Duo Mobile, a notification will be delivered to your smartphone. Tap the APPROVE notification and unlock from your phone.
      • If you have Token/KeyFob, you must enter your password followed by a comma and then the passcode (no spaces). Press green button ONCE only on token to generate 6 digit passcode.
        • Username: firstname.lastname
          Password: SenecaPassword,TokenPasscode
  3. Download the GlobalProtect agent that corresponds to your computer’s operating system.
    • If you have a Seneca-provisioned Windows computer, click Download 64 bit GlobalProtect agent.
    • If you have a Mac computer, click Download Mac 32/64 bit GlobalProtect agent.
  4. Install the software using the default options and then open the GlobalProtect application from the Windows system tray.
  5. In the Portal text box type and click Connect.
  6. To log on, refer to the Using Duo Mobile to Log In to VPN sections above.
