The Student Virtual Private Network (VPN) are required to access  the following services:

  • MyApps - VPN is only required for software using the licensing server in MyApps
  • MyVault
  • MyVMLab

Installing GlobalProtect VPN

  1. Go to: https://studentvpn.senecacollege.ca to download the VPN client.
  2. Log on with your login/username (not your full Seneca email address) and password. Example, your Seneca email address is jdoe@myseneca.ca and your username is jdoe.

  3. Download the GlobalProtect agent that corresponds to your computer’s operating system.

  4. Install the software using the default options and then open the GlobalProtect application.
  5. In the Portal text box type studentvpn.senecacollege.ca and click Connect.

  6. Enter your Seneca username and password.

  7. Click Sign In to connect.
