Telecommunications provide faculty and staff with telephone support at the College with the Cisco Call Manager Telephone and Unity Voicemail systems. Students residing at the residence is supported by an external vendor, Avaya and should report any telephone concerns and issues to the Front Desk of the residence.
Telephone support includes:
- Telephone and extension request
- Fax number
- Voicemail and telephone instructions
- Long distance authorization code
- Calling card
- Voice and data jack installation
- Add, moves and changes of existing clients
- Service request for telephone concerns and issues
